Job description

As scrum master consultant you are responsible for supporting and guiding teams at our customers. Your focus will be on optimizing transparency, communication and collaboration, both in the team and in the organization. With your creative and pragmatic approach, you will help coworkers to grow in the planning and delivery of their project, with having a focus on optimizing customer's value.
As a facilitator, you know perfectly how to ensure the sprint commitment and guarding a safe work environment for the team. An environment where ideas and feedback can be freely shared and stakeholders dare to experiment together with the team. The final goal is to learn from those experiments and determining next steps incrementally.

Your profile

• You already have +5 years as a certified Scrum Master and have experience with organizational methods for getting agile teams to work together. You are a strong believer in KANBAN and scrum way of working, you can teach and explain it too. Experience with Devops or SAFe is a plus.
• You are dynamics and can work in cross-functional teams. You enjoy processing group feedback and assist in decision-making situations.
• You are proactive and pragmatic. You look for opportunities for continuous improvement. You are empathetic, authentic and can build strong relationships with people, coach them and help out in conflict situations or impediments..
• You have a broad knowledge of technology, feeling for IT-delivery and supporting teams in their environment. You are interested and willing to learn and share knowledge with your colleagues.
• You try to understand your customer's problems or gather people who can assist you so you can support the customers where necessary.
• You are have strong communication skills and speak fluent Dutch, French and English.
