As a business analyst you are a specialist in translating ideas and strategies into a business process and a solution. Enjoy helping clients and be the bridge between their business needs and the IT team.

As a business analyst consultant, you will work in a team at one of our clients to help them achieve their business goals. With your expertise it will be easy to develop the best IT solutions after breaking down the most complex problems. Your work will be a very big support for the customers from different sectors.

Your profile

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a financial economics, IT or engineering discipline
• +7 years of experience as a business analyst in an IT environment
• Experience in UML, BPMN, SQL, XML, JSON, Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect/ArchiMate.
• You are a fully committed team member but act as a leader and able to work independently and driven by results.
• You can explain complex issues to a team, prepare well-made presentations, think pro-actively and be a person that the team can rely on and trust.
• You can organize workshops and trainings
• You have very strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
